Should rinse-off conditioner be mixed with water?

It does a different job from shampoo

Shampoo cleanses. A rinse-off conditioner supports the desired coat feel and manageability. Heavy foam or complete disappearance in water is not its performance test.

Slow dispersion in a large volume of cold water does not by itself justify adding more product. First confirm the appropriate preparation method.

Prepare for even application

After shampoo is fully rinsed out, take the directed amount and pre-disperse using the approved method before working it evenly through the areas needing care.

Confirm whether warm water or professional mixing equipment is appropriate for the specific product. The aim is to avoid concentrating cream in a few places, not to create extra lather.

Choose the finish, then rinse completely

Silky Enveloping Care is the richer, draped direction. Lightweight Protein Conditioner supports a lighter, airy feel. You do not need to layer both as a fixed routine.

Complete the product’s care stage, rinse thoroughly, then continue suitable drying and brushing. The word “essence” does not mean leave-in use or treatment of a skin condition.
